Trending Questions Right Now:

What’s new with this year’s course catalog?
The CVA Course Catalog for this coming school year is the result of months of work at assembling curriculum that can be packaged as complete sets, that includes teacher manuals and other such important components, that covers multiple grade levels, that is highly-rated by families, and that is used by more than a small percentage of CVA families. Check it out by clicking here!

What about supplemental materials?
CVA teachers will have a list of supplemental materials from which to make selections to meet the unique needs of your student. Those additional materials will be incorporated into your student’s Written Student Learning Plan in the fall, once you’ve connected with your teacher and discussed your student’s learning needs.

Is CVA going to be offering more online course options?
Due to legislative pressure, CVA is moving in the direction of offering all its courses online in order to remain a viable option in public education for Washington families. You can check out our Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) Legislative page to learn more about the proposals under consideration in the legislature this year. In the meantime, the details of what these online course offerings will look like is still being developed.
